Quickie Post: LA Colors Unnamed Metallic Blue

Hope you’re having a wonderful weekend so far :) I’m still waiting for this Florida weather to get to fall status– for the past three days we’ve been experiencing rainy days, and today is the first day where it’s at least somewhat sunny. It still doesn’t meet the requirements for fall in Florida, though!

All the rain and clouds from the past couple of days made me want to do a blue mani, which was the perfect opportunity to pull out and swatch that unnamed metallic blue polish from the LA Colors Color Crazy Modern Metallics collection that I found at Ross last week. It wasn’t as shiny or metallic as the green, but still a beautiful color nonetheless. To add some rain-like design to the swatch, I added some Shany geometric stamping in Sinful Colors’ Sweet Nothing:

Postponed Post: Gradient Blue

I never realized until last week just how many tones of blue I have in my nail polish collection! Pair that with the various kinds of glitter polishes I own, and you get this week’s mani:

The transition was a bit drastic from my middle finger to index finger, but I’m pretty pleased with the way these babies turn out! I always love an excuse to don as much glitter as possible ;)
